I will probably spend the next 5 days researching cleanse friendly foods and snacks. I am really excited about this link up today with MAMALAUGHLIN and SKINNYMEG. I was going to start the cleanse as soon as it came in, but something about doing it with a bunch of women appeals to me. I don't feel so alone in it and I like the support. (Sorry Jacqueline!)
Here are some meal ideas I will be repeating because they are very filling and good for you!
2 scrambled eggs and turkey sausage
Strawberries (I sprinkled them in Truvia but I don't think that is okay on the cleanse... womp, womp)
WATER in my fave cup!
Pineapple and grilled chicken salad (minus the cheese and dressing... womp, womp)
I'm pretty boring and picky when it comes to food. I am really excited about this cleanse jump starting my clean eating new life. :)
